V-Racing Texas Motorplex Private Track Day

The Texas V-Club, Sewell Performance Group and SNL Performance are hosting a V-Racing private track day at the world re-known 1/4 mile drag strip in Ennis Texas.  This event is limited to V-Club members and Sewell Performance Group and SNL Performance customers as an "invitation only" event and registration will be restricted to the first 30 participants who have paid the entry fee via the V-Club website.

All V-Club Chapters are invited to participate but there are only 20 entries available to non-sponsor vehicles.  Each sponsor has been allocated 5 "no charge" entries each.

If you are bringing guests or pit crew members, you must register them separately using their email addresses on the registration form.  For example, you can register your spouse as a spectator and on your spouse's registration form you can add additional guests.

Here's the details:

All competitors (drivers) will be required to sign two waivers, one from the Texas Motorplex and one from the V-Club.

Registration Fee: $50
Spectator/Pit Crew Fee: No Charge (but you must register)
Gates Open: 9:30AM
Drivers Meeting: 10:00AM
Track Opens: 10:30AM
Gates Close: 5:00PM
Hospitality: The Bellatrino  pizza truck will be onsite at 12:00 noon. Each registered competitor and their guests will receive a coupon at the driver's meeting to receive one free meal and drink.  All non-VClub member guests and spectator's will be able to purchase food and drinks.

AGENDA FOR THE DAY

Track will be fully prep'd so expect excellent traction.  Unlimited passes on the track and wait times will be minimal.

Session #1: 10:30AM - 3:00PM
Lane 1 reserved for street tires, drag radials or slicks
Lane 2 reserved for drag radials/slicks only (no street tires)

Session #2: 3:00PM - 5:00PM
Both lanes 1 & 2 will be fully prep'd for drag radials/slicks for heads up competitive racing.  Top 8 cars from Session #1 based on E/T time slips in a single elimination bracket.

A photographer and videographer will be at the event to take photos and videos.

Special recognition and award given for "Top E/T" for the event.

In the event of rain or the temperature is below 50 degrees, the event will be rescheduled to the next available track date.
