Registration

  • The cost of your meal is covered for both you and your guests when you submit this registration form. This form must only be used for Family and Sponsor memberships.
  • The cost of your meal is covered for both you and your guests as long as you are the owner of a Cadillac V-Series vehicle and are a prospective member.
  • The cost of your meal is covered but you must pay $12.50 for each guest when you submit this registration form.

If you are the owner of a Cadillac V-Series vehicle or a sponsor of the Texas V-Club, you and your guests are invited to join the Texas V-Club for THE PARTY AFTER the races on Saturday, November 11.


RSVP registration is required since the venue requires advance reservations and a specific "count" of attendees.  Your meal and non-alcoholic beverages will covered  for you but you are required to cover the cost of meals for your guests at the time you submit your RSVP registration.

If you are V-Series owner and are attending this event as a non-resident of Texas you are invited to join us as our VIP guest.  Contact us via our Facebook page and we'll send you a special registration code so you can submit your RSVP to attend.
