Dallas ½ Mile Runway Shootout. This incredible 2-DAY event will be held on November 10-11, 2018 at Hensley Airfield in Grand Prairie, Texas which is a retired Naval Air Station. Located only 25 minutes between Dallas and Fort Worth. 

Come join the Cadillac V-Club for 2 FULL DAYS of, side-by-side, HALF MILE racing at this rare and exclusive location. All participants will be given a chance to take their vehicle’s Top Speed down the Hensley Field 6400ft runway and race door-to-door against the competitor of their choice!! See what it’s finally like to race without the restrictions of speed limits, on what is basically your own private interstate in the DFW Metroplex! This event is limited to only 150 cars per day and will sell out quick once registration opens to the public.

Heavyweight – Vehicle curb weight must be greater than 4k lbs (Curb Weight based off OEM Manufacturer’s Ratings)

CADILLAC V-RACING TOP GUN COMPETITION
The Cadillac V-Club is also presenting awards in 2 classes of vehicles as follows based on best trap speed for the week-end (Saturday or Sunday).  Cadillac V-Racing competitors must turn in their trap speeds at the V-Club pit area to be included in the competition.

• ATS-V Unlimited Class (Any ATS-V vehicle regardless of modification)
  
  
• ATS-V Semi Modified/Stock Class (Any ATS-V with OEM heads, OEM cam, OEM turbocharger stock block, no-Flex Fuel conversion. After market exhaust, headers, drag radials, meth injection, cold air intake allowed) Twin Turbo V-Sports will compete in this class.
  
  
• CTS-V Unlimited Class (Any CTS-V vehicle regardless of modification)
  
  
• CTS-V Semi Modified/Stock Class (Any CTS-V with OEM heads, OEM cam, OEM supercharger, stock block, no-Flex Fuel conversion. After market exhaust, headers, drag radials, meth injection, cold air intake allowed)
  
  
• CADILLAC V-SERIES TOP GUN - Overall fastest trap speed for either a CTS-V or ATS-V for the week-end of competition.

Winners of the Cadillac V-Racing competition will each receive a special award plaque.  Winner of the V-SERIES TOP GUN award will forfeit their first place finish in their registered class of competition.  Only 1 award allowed per V-Club member.

Spectator Tickets
Spectator tickets purchased on-site are cash only in addition to all merchandise!  You may also purchase spectator tickets via the wannaGOFAST.com website.

Spectator ticket sales are not limited!
Spectators must provide their own tents and chairs.

Race Format
Event is limited to 150 cars per day, no motorcycles
All races will be started from a dig or a roll and will be run, side by side, for a full half mile
Unlimited number of runs. You will only be restricted by the turnover time that each run takes
All drivers will be required to wear helmets
Speeds will be recorded with a dual-lane speed trap system
Catered lunch included for all drivers
