Join the Cadillac V-Club for our first Meet 'N Greet event for 2020 on Saturday, March 14 at 11:00 AM!  All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for a meal compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.  Guests of members with a Family Membership must be your immediate family members.  Prospective members are also welcome to join us at this event for a nominal guest fee.

San Antonio Chapter members will meet at Ken Batchelor Cadillac at 10:00AM in the morning and roll out to San Marcos at 10:15AM for the 45 minute cruise to meet up with the Austin Chapter members of the Cadillac V-Club at Hays Co. BBQ.  If you cannot arrive by the time we depart for the cruise, then just head straight to the restaurant in San Marcos.

All Austin Chapter members attending this event should cruise straight to the restaurant.

Ribs were moist, brisket was also moist and had a great smoked taste, and the sausage was also great. As a side, get the potato salad, it was fantastic. Delicious! Delicious! The Jalapeno cream corn is my new favorite side. We had brisket, pulled pork and sausage and left very satisfied. The staff was friendly and plenty of space. .
