Join the Cadillac V-Club for our 3rd Quarter Meet 'N Greet event on Saturday, September 26 at 4:00 PM at Hard Eight BBQ in Roanoke, Texas. 

Based on our successful event held at the Hard Eight BBQ restaurant in The Colony back in June, we have decided to host this event at their restaurant in Roanoke.  Hard Eight has developed methods for you to enjoy a meal at their restaurant safely, following all of the Texas recommended guidelines and protocols. 

All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for a meal compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.  If you plan to bring a guest, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration.  Prospective members are also welcome to join us at this event and you may bring a guest for a nominal fee.

We have a private section of the restaurant reserved for this event and a pre-selected menu of items served buffet style that will include a non-alcoholic beverage. The meal will be served promptly at 4:00 PM so be sure to arrive by 3:30PM to secure a parking place and be read to chow down when the meal is served.  This is a great opportunity to meet and greet other members of the club while you enjoy some great BBQ.

We are also participating in the Speedway Laps for Charity event at Texas Motor Speedway at 6PM.  This is an optional activity and does require a separate V-Club event RSVP and a $40 donation to the charity by registering at their website.  We will depart for the Laps for Charity event promptly at 5:30PM.

ABOUT HARD EIGHT BBQ

Hard Eight BBQ is a family-owned and operated business that was started by the late Phillip Nivens and his wife Vicki, along with his son-in-law Chad Decker and wife Carie. The first location opened in 2003 in Stephenville, Texas. The Hard Eight Family enjoys sharing what they love; a fun atmosphere, delicious food, and some good ‘ole southern hospitality. Hard Eight is an authentic eating experience where you will be served “Texas Style” straight from the pit by the Pit Master who prepared your food.

You must RSVP to attend this event by registering via the CadillacVClub.com website.  The room size is to 50 attendees and once the event is full, we cannot accept additional attendees.  If you RSVP and then your plans change, please be sure to cancel your registration so that members on the wait list will be able to attend this event.
