  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. No guest fee for immediate family members or employees who are members if you are a sponsor.

Join the Cadillac V-Club for our 1st Quarter Meet 'N Greet event on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 11:30AM at Hard Eight BBQ in Coppell, Texas. RSVP registration is mandatory to attend and all RSVP's must be received by Thursday, March 17.

Hard Eight BBQ has been an excellent host of V-Club meet 'n greet events utilizing methods which allow all attendees the opportunity to enjoy a meal at their restaurant safely.  They followed all of the Texas recommended guidelines and protocols in their private dining area. 

All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for a meal compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.  If you plan to bring a guest, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration.  Prospective members are also welcome to join us at this event and you may bring a guest for a nominal fee.

We have a private room reserved for this event and a pre-selected menu of items served buffet style that will include a non-alcoholic beverage. The meal will be served promptly at 11:30 am so be sure to arrive early.  This is a great opportunity to meet and greet other members of the club while you enjoy some great BBQ.

Hard Eight BBQ is a family-owned and operated business that was started by the late Phillip Nivens and his wife Vicki, along with his son-in-law Chad Decker and wife Carie. The first location opened in 2003 in Stephenville, Texas. The Hard Eight Family enjoys sharing what they love; a fun atmosphere, delicious food, and some good ‘ole southern hospitality. Hard Eight is an authentic eating experience where you will be served “Texas Style” straight from the pit by the Pit Master who prepared your food.

You must RSVP to attend this event by registering via the CadillacVClub.com website.  The room size is limited and once the event is full, we cannot accept additional attendees.  If you RSVP and then your plans change, please be sure to cancel your registration.
