  By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. For a single membership your guest fee is $25.00 due at the time of RSVP
• Chapter Family/OLT Membership Participant
  By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. No guest fee for immediate family members.
• Prospective Member – $25.00
  By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. Your cost for you and any of your guests to participate is $25.00, due at the time of RSVP
• Regional V-Club Member Participant – $25.00
  As a Regional member, I understand I am required to pay in advance the $25 fee to cover the cost of the meal for myself and my guests that attend this event.
• Sponsor Participant
  By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. No guest fee for immediate for employees who are members of the Cadillac V-Club if you are a sponsor.
