Registration

  • I will attend this event and will notify the Cadillac V-Club if my plans change and I am unable to attend. I understand that I may bring guests including my spouse and children under the age of 21 at no additional cost.
  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and if your plans change you will cancel your RSVP no later than 48 hours prior to the event date. There is no fee to attend your first event but guest will require an additional fee of $25.00.
  • I will attend this event and will notify the Cadillac V-Club if my plans change and I am unable to attend. I understand that if I bring a guest, the $25 guest fee is due in advance at the time of my RSVP registration.
  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. No guest fee for immediate family members or employees who are members if you are a sponsor.

Q2 Gold Country Poker Run & Lunch on April 5, 2025

Graffiti USA Museum

Join us for a cruise and poker run through Calaveras County, aka Gold Country. The California Gold Rush was sparked by James Marshall’s discovery in 1848. Gold rush fever ensued and these once rip-roaring mining towns inspired many famous adventure tales by Bret Harte and Mark Twain. We will cruise through these historic towns while doing a Five-card draw poker run. Some of the planned stops on the itinerary charge admission fees which will be covered by the participant, but are optional if you would just like just browse the area. The Graffiti USA Car Museum is free, though donations are appreciated. Railtown 1897 admission is $5 for adults, $3 for youth 6-17 and free for children under 5. Following this cruise, optionally, a group of us will continue onto the Apex Multi-level Karting Track at the Red Hawk Casino and Resort in Placerville. This is a 3-level indoor go-kart track. Details for the poker run can be found HERE. 

You MUST RSVP to EITHER OR BOTH (1) Gold Country Cruise and Poker Run and (2) Apex Go-Karting so we can get accurate counts for planning logistics, lunch, and reservations for the Go Kart. There will be a drop down available in the registration link to let us know if you are interested in Go-Karting.

Lunch and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided with compliments of the Cadillac V-Club. If you have a single membership and bring a guest, a guest fee payment of $25 is required at the time of RSVP. If you have a family membership you and your guest (under 21) are free. If you are a prospective member/participant and not a member of the Cadillac V-Club but would like to attend this event to meet members and learn more about the club, your first event is free, after your first event the fee is $25.00.

Apex Go Kart Pricing is $35 for a single race, $60 for two races, and $80 for three races. 

RSVP is requested so we can plan the event logistics based on the number of attendees.
