The 2025 season is no different as Cadillac charges into the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship and FIA World Endurance Championship in the Cadillac V-Series.R. Your exclusive two-day Cadillac V-Performance Racing experience includes: One (1) on-site parking pass to the Cadillac V-Performance Car Corral. Access limited to Cadillac vehicles only. Two (2) three-day Admission tickets to the Sebring International Raceway. Includes exclusive access to the Cadillac V-Performance Hospitality Suite with indoor and outdoor views of the circuit. Safely packaged and/or individually catered meals, snacks and beverages in the Cadillac V-Performance suite. Exclusive opportunity to take a parade lap in your Cadillac V on the track. Will Call will be located next to the building on the RIGHT side of the road. From Kenilworth Blvd – Cross over Haywood Taylor Blvd and enter into Gate 3. Will Call will be located to next to the building on the RIGHT side of the road. Sebring Will Call Hours: Thursday, March 13th: 6:00am – Midnight Friday, March 14th: 6:00am – Midnight Saturday, March 15th: 6:00am – 6:00pm CADILLAC SUITE HOSPITALITY HOURS Thursday – 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Friday – 8:30 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Saturday – 8:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. CADILLAC V-PERFORMANCE CORRAL PARKING Enter the track though Gate 1 onto Midway Drive. Follow the road and Cadillac V-Performance Corral directional signage – a Cadillac  Attendant will direct you into the parking area. Parking is open to all Cadillac vehicles (and GM vehicles if you are driving a rental car). HOW TO FIND CADILLAC V-PERFORMANCE HOSPITALITY Once you park, cross the pedestrian bridge in the midway to the Victory Lane Club structured tent. The Cadillac V-Performance Hospitality is located on the right end of the structure positioned trackside at the entrance to IMSA pit road. All Cadillac V-Club members who RSVP register will receive an early invitation to purchase tickets before they are made generally available to the public. You are not required to attend all 3 days and most V-Club members will be attending only Friday and Saturday.  Due to the limited number of packages available, there is a limit of 1 two-person ticket package per Cadillac V-Club member.  *Participants are responsible for personal travel and lodging costs.  This is an invitation only event. Offer valid through while supplies last. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Limit one ticket package per person. The approximate retail value of these ticket packages is $1,200.

  All Cadillac V-Club members, sponsors and prospective members are welcome to join us for our first event of 2025.

  We will kick off the day with some Cars and Coffee at Legendary Donuts at 9:00 AM.

  At 9:30 AM, we’ll roll out for a scenic 120-mile cruise, hitting some beautiful back roads. Our first stop will be at the Sinclair gas station located at 19615 Elderberry St SW, Rochester, WA 98579. Here, we can refuel and stretch our legs before continuing the second part of the cruise up to Olympia, where we will enjoy some delicious Southern-style BBQ made by We Be Smoking at their location in Olympia, WA.

  Menu for the event: Chicken, ribs, beans, mac & cheese, and for dessert banana pudding.

  Guests are welcome to attend for a nominal guest fee due at the time you submit your RSVP registration form. Members with a family membership are not required to pay a guest fee for their immediate family. RSVP registration is required to attend this event. Lunch will be provided compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.

  OFFICIAL NOTICE

  All Cadillac V-Club members are invited to attend an upcoming General Meeting of the Board of Directors on Thursday, March 20 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time, 7:00 PM Central Time, 8:00 PM Eastern Time. 
  
  The agenda will include evaluating and assessing progress towards achieving our mission, reviewing financials and setting goals for the upcoming year.  In addition, there will be a vote to reaffirm members of the Board.  Each "member" of the Cadillac V-Club will be extended the opportunity to cast a vote electronically to confirm the appointments for each Board Director position.
  
  Currently as established in our By-laws, our Board is restricted to 1 representative from each of our 6 regions plus the Officers of the corporation and a representative from our Title/Presenting Sponsor.  In addition, our Board consists of "members at large" who do not hold a defined position within the board of directors and instead, serve as a general board member without specific portfolio responsibilities. These "members at large" do not have voting rights.
  
  This meeting will be conducted via a ZOOM video web conference and each member will receive access credentials via email upon RSVP registration.  Please plan to join this meeting via a desktop, laptop or other mobile device that has both audio and video capabilities.
