  All Cadillac V-Club members are invited to attend an upcoming General Meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 10 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time, 7:00 PM Central Time, 8:00 PM Eastern Time. 
  
  The agenda will include evaluating and assessing progress towards achieving our mission, reviewing financials and reviewing goals for 2026.  Each "member" of the Cadillac V-Club will be extended the opportunity to cast a vote electronically to confirm the appointments for each Board Director position and to approve any strategic operational changes.
  
  Currently as established in our By-laws, our Board is restricted to 1 Chapter Director representative from each of our 6 regions plus the Officers of the corporation and the Management Operational Leadership Team.  In addition, our Board consists of "members at large" who do not hold a defined position within the board of directors and instead, serve as a general board member without specific portfolio responsibilities. These "members at large" have voting rights as members of our Advisory Council.
  
  This meeting will be conducted via a ZOOM video web conference and each member will receive access credentials via email upon RSVP registration.  Please plan to join this meeting via a desktop, laptop or other mobile device that has both audio and video capabilities.

Follow the road and Cadillac V-Performance Corral directional signage – a Cadillac  Attendant will direct you into the parking area. Parking is open to all Cadillac vehicles (and GM vehicles if you are driving a rental car). HOW TO FIND CADILLAC V-PERFORMANCE HOSPITALITY Once you park, cross the pedestrian bridge in the midway to the Victory Lane Club structured tent. The Cadillac V-Performance Hospitality is located on the right end of the structure positioned trackside at the entrance to IMSA pit road. All Cadillac V-Club members who RSVP register will receive an early invitation to purchase tickets before they are made generally available to the public. You are not required to attend all 3 days and most V-Club members will be attending only Friday and Saturday.  Due to the limited number of packages available, there is a limit of 1 two-person ticket package per Cadillac V-Club member.  *Ticket package price is subject to change prior to date of sale. Participants are responsible for personal travel and lodging costs.  This is an invitation only event. Offer valid through while supplies last. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Limit one ticket package per Cadillac V-Club membership account. The approximate retail value of these ticket packages is $1,200.
