Penned by Steve Crawford, The road course is 40 feet wide, 2.47 miles in length, with 16 turns, and has over 300 feet of elevation gain and loss per lap, including the 50 foot plunge down the Ridge Complex.

Each lap of The Ridge Motorsports Park road circuit thrills with high speed straights and sweeper turns, huge compression’s and blind weightless crests, challenging esses, a long carousel turn where you walk the tightrope between speed and grip, a double apex turn leading to another valley and cresting turn leading into a heavy braking zone, a short sprint between tight turns and finally a breathtaking plunge down the ridge into a technically difficult sequence of turns, before going hammer down on the front straight again! All of this in a park-like forest setting, with stunning territorial and mountain views.

Great care was taken during planning and development of the facility to maximize the natural attributes of the site’s geography and topography in a way that promotes a safe experience for all users. Runoff areas are wide and flat. Barriers and tire bundles are situated at a distance from the surface in such a way as to protect users when necessary. A dedicated and experienced turn worker staff is available to complete the package.

The Ridge Motorsports Park is as much a park as it is a motorsports complex. Set in a relaxed rural location only minutes from the Olympic National Forest and Hood Canal, with stunning views of Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens in the distance, the property is typical of the northwest natural environment. Majestic Fir and colorful Maple trees are in abundance, along with the natural grasses and wildflowers that evoke a country feeling.

KONI Novice Experience

The novice experience is perfect for those new to being on track, those who are at a particular track for the first time, or those who would just like to have some pointers and guidance during the evening.

Falken Fast Pass

Fast Pass is the fastest way to get you on track. Available to intermediate and advanced group drivers, Fast Pass is the no fuss, no mess, no wasting time in meetings, experience that you have been waiting for.

Intermediate

The intermediate group is a bit more relaxed than the advanced group. The expectation is that these drivers know the basics, but have a focus on improving and learning.

Open House and Tour Laps

Never been to the track? Want to check it out? May we recommend a few Tour Laps? Every Track Night will have a paced touring lap session, open to anyone and everyone. Passengers over the age of 12 (with a minor waiver) are encouraged, and helmets are not required.

Advanced

If you know the track, your car, yourself, and you want to feel the limits of each, advanced group is your group. The same DOs and DON’Ts and passing by point-by rules apply, but the pace is turned up a bit from the intermediate group.

Run/Work

Taken from autocross, run/work lets SCCA members get one on track session at a very budget friendly rate while also offering support to the event. Event support can range from corner working, to grid, to check-in and tech.
