  The Harvey Cadillac 2025 vintage car show will be held this week-end during the 22nd Annual 28th Street Metro Cruise. Harvey Cadillac will again feature the West MI Cadillac LaSalle Club, the SW Michigan Cadillac V-Club and host the annual Cadillac Allante/XLR Invitational as well as other local car clubs. 
  
  All V-Club members, prospective members and sponsors are invited to join us at this upcoming event.  The first activity is the car show and we will wrap up the day with dinner compliments of the Cadillac V-Club. 
  
  
  
  If you plan to bring a guest, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration.  Members with a family membership are not required to pay a guest fee for their spouse and children under the age of 21.

  Prospective members are also welcome to join us at this event as long as you have not attended a previous V-Club event.  You must pay a nominal fee for both yourself and your guest.

  This is a great opportunity to meet and greet other members of the club while you enjoy the auto show and a relaxing dinner after the show.

  All current Cadillac V-Club members are invited to spend an evening with Tony Roma, GM Executive Chief Engineer over the Cadillac V-Series and Corvette brands.  This is your opportunity to receive a personal update direct from Tony and participate in an informal question and answer session.

  Tony serves as the Executive Chief Engineer for the global Corvette and performance cars team which includes Cadillac V-Series vehicles. Tony replaced Tadge Juechter the Global Corvette Chief Engineer, who announced his retirement after a 47-year career at GM.

  Tony also led the Cadillac Celestiq engineering team. Tony has been instrumental in the design and development of all Cadillac V-Series vehicles for over 20 years.  He is certified to drive on the Nürburgring, where he has collected more than 1500 laps during the "Industry-Pool" sessions where automakers put their cars to the test during development. 

  This is an exclusive invitation only event to be held on Thursday evening, September 4 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM to be hosted by Sewell Cadillac of Dallas.  Hors d’oeuvres, a charcuterie table (for easy access), and beer/wine will be served.

  ABOUT WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP
  

  Endurance racing is unique from other motorsport events held at COTA. Unlike typical racing formats where drivers attempt to race a pre-determined distance over the fastest time period, endurance racing is flipped. During WEC races, drivers have a preset amount of time to drive the longest distance possible. These events are designed to test the durability of both the equipment and the people behind the wheel.

  Even with all the variation in make and model, the field is always competitive. Drivers and manufacturers must carefully manage the balance between speed and efficiency, and one small miscalculation could be the difference between a celebratory podium finish and race-ending damage. This race will be packed with six hours of drama, and it will be one you will not want to miss.
  
  ABOUT CADILLAC RACING
  
  

  In its first season of WEC Hypercar competition in 2023, Cadillac Racing entries finished third and fourth. In 2024, Cadillac Hypercars qualified second and third and registered a best finish of seventh. The Nos. 12 and 38 Hertz Team JOTA entries placed eighth and ninth, respectively, with another manufacturer.

  Before entering Hypercar competition as a privateer in 2023, JOTA Sport earned podiums at Le Mans 10 times in LMP2, including second- and third-place finishes in 2017.

  The Cadillac V-Series.R features a purpose-built Cadillac 5.5L DOHC V-8 engine developed by GM’s Performance and Racing Propulsion team based in Pontiac, Michigan. The racecar, co-developed by Cadillac Design, Cadillac Racing, and chassis constructor Dallara, was informed by the Project GTP Hypercar that was unveiled in June 2022. It incorporates distinctive Cadillac design elements, such as vertical lighting and floating blades.
  
  Cadillac will return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June, 2025 with four Cadillac V-Series.R racecars supported by experienced and championship-winning teams and drivers.  The Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA No. 12 and No. 38 cars sport largely similar designs, except for highlights on the wing mirrors, engine cover, sidepods and rear wing endplates, which are red on the No. 12 car and yellow (with black wing mirrors) on the No. 38 car.

  We're excited to announce our return to this car show. The 65 Roses Car, Truck & Bike Show is an important event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 

  This year's show promises custom-made trophies, a multiple raffles to benefit the CFF, various food vendors, and private reserved parking for the Cadillac V Club.
  

  We'll be gathering at Itavie New York Grill, 7610 Heths Salient Street suite 104 at 9:00 AM before cruising together to the 65 Roses Car, Truck & Bike Show.
  

  Once everyone has arrived, we will distribute tickets for our designated VIP parking spots and then drive together to Spotsylvania High School by 9:45 AM to enter the 10th annual 65 Roses Car show. This is a large event with local venders and food trucks and multiple raffles. Trophies and raffles will be announced between 1:30 and 2:15. Best GM car and best car club will be available trophies.

  Following the car show, we'll take a short 10-minute drive back to Itavie New York Grill for a late lunch. All V-Club members and sponsors are welcome to join us for both the car show and lunch. If you have a single membership and plan to bring a guest, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration.

  ABOUT 65 ROSES CAR, TRUCK & BIKE SHOW
  
  The purpose of the 65 Roses Car, Truck & Bike Show is to highlight Cystic Fibrosis and to donate to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to find a cure. Their ultimate goal is to further more research and treatments for the future.

  The 65 Roses Car, Truck & Bike Show was founded by Cody Buckner and his passion for cars. Cody was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 9 yrs old - later than most people that have Cystic Fibrosis.

  Cody started the 65 Roses Car, Truck & Bike Show back in 2016 alone, with Carrie Crouch joining in 2020 as his Vice President. 
  
  All of the trophies are custom made, there will be no other trophies like this show has.  The raffles are one of the largest generation of funds to the CFF. The show offers multiple food vendors, reserved parking, by class parking, trailer parking and am/pm raffles.

  The San Antonio Chapter of the Cadillac V-Club will meet at Discount Tire on 20690 Us Highway 281 N at 11:00AM on Sunday, September 21 for a cruise through the hill country to Blanco, Texas.  We will depart at 11:30AM and will have lunch at the Old 300 BBQ restaurant. 

  Meals and a non-alcoholic beverage are provided compliments of the Cadillac V-Club to all members.  Members with a single membership may bring guests for a nominal guest fee due at the time you submit your RSVP registration form.  RSVP registration is required to attend this event as we have limited space available.  Prospective membersof the V-Club are encouraged to join us for a nominal guest fee to meet our local members and learn more about our organization.

  Ladd was born in Kansas City, a legendary BBQ town in its own right. He began first grade right here in Blanco and grew up along the banks of the beautiful Blanco River, where he learned to fish, hunt, climb trees, jump off rocks, and catch bullfrogs. After graduating Blanco High School first in his class, he headed off to Texas A&M University.
  
  Although his degree was in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences, it was while at Texas A&M that he became a true student of Texas BBQ. His first mentorship was centered on a small, but highly successful family-owned Smokehouse not far from College Station. There he learned the art of cooking Texas Style BBQ in large quantities. Ladd’s passion for Texas BBQ has steadily burned since.

  No speed limits, no pedestrians, no stoplights, but best of all – no tickets. The Cadillac V-Club in partnership with Track Day Xperience (TDX) an added treat are adding the skid pad at Sebring at no extra charge. Typically, the skid pad costs nearly $300.00 per person. You can drive on the track then head over to the skid pad at your leisure. TDX will have our staff there helping drivers with car control techniques. 

  You set your own goals and only go as fast as you feel comfortable going. Progress as far as you wish in your own car at your own pace, become a safer driver on the street, and have a blast along the way!

  High Performance Driver Education (HPDE) refers to a track day held on a dedicated road racing track designed to teach drivers proper high speed driving in a controlled environment.

  Helmets for club members will be $30.00 For the day or $50.00 for the weekend.

  Sebring is renowned for its rough surface. The course still runs on old sections of World War II-era landing fields that were constructed of concrete sections with large seams. The transitions between sections are quite rough and often, sparks fly from the undercarriages of the cars as they traverse them. Much of the track has intentionally been left with its original concrete runway surface. The track surface has 3.04 miles (4.89 km) of asphalt and 0.7 miles (1.1 km) of concrete. Mario Andretti, a 3-time 12 Hours winner, said that one of the hardest parts about the original Sebring track was finding the track to begin with! There had been many accounts of drivers retiring due to accidents at night, quite simply because they got lost on the runway sections and couldn't find the track again. Some drivers got lost even during the day, mostly because the track was poorly marked down with white lines and cones.

  The Cadillac LaSalle Club Museum & Research Center will hold its annual Cadillac Fall Festival and Car Show Competition at the picturesque Gilmore Car Museum campus in Hickory Corners, Michigan. There will be events September 26 and 27, 2025, however the main car show will be held on September 27th. 

  Cadillac’s V cars are featured this year. The Museum showroom will display a supercharged 2011 CTS-V coupe, a first generation 2005 CTS-V sedan, an XLR-V, and an Escalade-V. All Cadillac V car owners are encouraged to attend and will be awarded an official Cadillac V-Series ball cap.

  Other events will include:

  Collector car rides in selected collection cars on both days

  A driving tour to see an exclusive, seldom-seen private car collection in Grand Rapids including lunch during the tour

  The annual Garage Sale featuring many new, recently-donated items on both days

  A display of new cars courtesy of the Cadillac Division

  A peer-judged car show on Saturday for all GM marques featuring Cadillacs and LaSalle's will conclude in the afternoon with 1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards presented in 12 classes.

  With the continued support of Cadillac headquarters and Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club, the Cadillac V-Club will be hosting our 5th annual members only event at the Cadillac V-Performance Academy in Pahrump, NV to experience the exhilarating drive of Cadillac's newest performance V-Series machines, the Cadillac V-Series Blackwings!   
  
  Space is limited to the first 18 members who RSVP register with 6 driver slots reserved for members who purchased a new CT4-V or CT5-V Blackwing from an authorized Cadillac dealer which includes a tuition paid trip to the V-Performance Academy.  You must provide your VIN# which will be used to verify the "in-service date" of your Blackwing. 
  
  The remaining 12 driver slots are reserved for members who purchased a pre-owned V-Series vehicle and have never attended the V-Performance Academy.  This is a "bucket-list" type of experience and well worth the cost of tuition especially at the discounted rate you will pay as a member of the Cadillac V-Club.
  
  

  This "two day" Cadillac V-Club Blackwing Experience is an incredible opportunity for you to put the most powerful Cadillacs ever to the test at North America's longest racetrack. 

  Designed for drivers of all experience levels, the challenging curriculum and precision-focused track-time focuses on improving the drivers’ capability and confidence level in not only their Cadillac V-Series Blackwing, but in any vehicle.

  With the perfect balance of informative classroom sessions and on-track exercises, this comprehensive program will increase your driving expertise.

  If you have purchased a new Blackwing from a Cadillac dealer and your date of purchase was within the last 12 months, you are eligible to receive a tuition paid trip.  This experience includes:

  • Tuition - 100% of your tuition is paid for by Cadillac
  • Lodging - Includes a 2 night stay in an on-site condo at Spring Mountain MRCC
