Registration

  • Family Membership and Operational Leadership Team RSVP Registration - No guest fee for spouse and immediate family members under the age of 21.
  • Single Membership level RSVP Registration - Guest fee $25.00 per person
  • V-Series owners who are interested in joining the V-Club may attend at no cost but must pay $25.00 for each guest at time of RSVP registration.
  • Sponsor members are not required to pay guest fees for their employees who are active members of the Cadillac V-Club.

All Cadillac V-Club members, sponsors and prospective members are welcome to join us for our first event of 2025.

We will kick off the day with some Cars and Coffee at Legendary Donuts at 9:00 AM.

At 9:30 AM, we’ll roll out for a scenic 120-mile cruise, hitting some beautiful back roads. Our first stop will be at the Sinclair gas station located at 19615 Elderberry St SW, Rochester, WA 98579. Here, we can refuel and stretch our legs before continuing the second part of the cruise up to Olympia, where we will enjoy some delicious Southern-style BBQ made by We Be Smoking at their location in Olympia, WA.

Menu for the event: Chicken, ribs, beans, mac & cheese, and for dessert banana pudding.

For members coming down from the south: If you cannot make it to the Orting location, feel free to meet us at the Rochester Sinclair gas station and cruise with us to lunch!

Communication: If anyone has walkie-talkies, please bring them so we can have fun communicating with each other along the cruise!

Guests are welcome to attend for a nominal guest fee due at the time you submit your RSVP registration form. Members with a family membership are not required to pay a guest fee for their immediate family. RSVP registration is required to attend this event. Lunch will be provided compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.
