Registration

  • Registration for non-members of the Cadillac V-Club. You must own a Cadillac V, Buick Grand National, Chevrolet Corvette or Camaro vehicle. Your $35 entry fee is due at the gate and your additional spectator guests will be required to pay the $20.00 per person at the gate. Advance registration is mandatory. Limited to 10 non-members.
  • Registration for members of the Cadillac V-Club. Your $35 entry fee is due at the gate and your additional spectator guests will be required to pay the $20.00 per person at the gate.
  • Registration for members of the Cadillac V-Club who are spectating only. Each spectator is required to pay the $20.00 per person fee at the gate.

Xtreme Raceway Park is hosting an invitational only GM "High Performance" Shootout that has been expanded to include all late model Cadillac, Buick, Pontiac and Chevrolet vehicles on Saturday evening August 10, 2019.  This IS NOT a private rental but rather a track hosted invitation only 1/8 mile drag race event in Ferris, Texas in a "test 'n tune" / grudge racing format.  There will be no formal awards or cash payouts... just bragging rights and an opportunity to see how well your car performs on a prep'd drag strip in a controlled environment.

Xtreme Raceway will also be hosting the BACK TO SCHOOL BASH index  races during this test 'n tune/grudge racing event.  Therefore the track will be closed for test 'n tune/grudge racing while the 3 classes of index races are run. There will be stock block with no double power adders, 7.0 index and 8.0 index classes.  All test 'n tune and grudge racers may optional compete in the bracket races as long as they "buy-in".


The test 'n tune/grudge racing event is primarily for late model Cadillac, Buick, Pontiac or Chevrolet vehicles, especially if you own a CTS-V, ATS-V, Z06, ZR1, ZL1, Trans Am, G8, GTO or a Grand National.  We would love to see you at this event!

If you are a member of the Cadillac V-Club as a "Platinum, Gold or Silver level sponsor" you may optionally bring a vehicle of your choice to the event (i.e. it does not have to be a GM vehicle).

If you plan to competing in this event and will be driving one of the GM vehicles listed,  "advance RSVP registration" is requested.  Since this is an invitation only restricted attendance event, we would like to have a headcount prior to the event date. 

For spectating, this is a public event and all non-competitors will be required to pay a $20.00 entry fee at the gate. 

Event Details

Competitor Registration Fee: $35.00 per person due at the gate on day of event (includes entry fee plus tech card)

Spectator Fee: $20.00 per person due at the gate on day of event

Gates Open: 5:00PM

Track Open: 6:00PM (no limit on frequency and number of passes)

Gates Close: 12:00 Midnight

NOTE: In the event of rain or inclement weather, this event will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

1800 S Interstate 45 Service Rd, Ferris, TX 75125

The track is located in Ferris, Texas at exit 262 on I-45 coming from Dallas I-20 and exit 263A coming  from Houston.  It is located on the northbound service road.

TRACK RULES AT XTREME RACEWAY

Please adhere to the following policies and rules. Not doing so could be cause of expulsion from the venue.

  • No large smokers or grills.
  • No selling of food nor drink of any kind.
  • No selling of fuel nor Nos.
  • No selling of anything without written management approval other than your race teams apparel.
  • No Alcohol
  • No glass bottles.
  • No one under the age of 16 allowed on starting line (unless competing in a junior).
