Xtreme Raceway Park is hosting an invitational only Cadillac vs Buick Shootout on Saturday evening August 10, 2019. The Cadillac V-Club and the Buick Grand National Club will be competing in this 1/8 mile drag race event in Ferris, Texas in a "test 'n tune" / grudge racing format. There will be no formal awards or cash payouts... just bragging rights and an opportunity to see how well your car performs on a prep'd drag strip in a controlled environment.
You are not required to be a member of the Cadillac V-Club or Buick Grand National Club to compete in this event but you must own either a Cadillac V or a Buick Grand National vehicle. If you are a member of the Cadillac V-Club as a "sponsor" or you own a non-V and would like to bring your vehicle to the track from some passes, be sure to indicate so on your RSVP form.
For Cadillac V-Series owners who are competing or spectating in this event, "advance RSVP registration" is required. We are limiting the number of Cadillac V-Series vehicles to 50 and the Grand National Club is limiting the number of GN's to 50. This will ensure all competitors have ample track time and minimal time in the staging lanes.
For spectating, this is a public event and all non-competitors will be required to pay a $20.00 entry fee at the gate.
Spectator Fee: $20.00 per person due at the gate on day of event
