Join the Cadillac V-Club for our 1st Quarter Meet 'N Greet event on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at 11:30AM at Hard Eight BBQ in The Colony.

The last time we held an event at Hard Eight BBQ was in June of 2020 and they were excellent hosts utilizing methods which allowed all attendees the opportunity to enjoy a meal at their restaurant safely.  They followed all of the Texas recommended guidelines and protocols in their private dining area. 

All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for a meal compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.  If you plan to bring a guest, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration.  Prospective members are also welcome to join us at this event and you may bring a guest for a nominal fee.

We have a private room reserved for this event and a pre-selected menu of items served buffet style that will include a non-alcoholic beverage. The meal will be served promptly at 12:00 noon so be sure to arrive early.  This is a great opportunity to meet and greet other members of the club while you enjoy some great BBQ.

ABOUT HARD EIGHT BBQ

Hard Eight BBQ is a family-owned and operated business that was started by the late Phillip Nivens and his wife Vicki, along with his son-in-law Chad Decker and wife Carie. The first location opened in 2003 in Stephenville, Texas. The Hard Eight Family enjoys sharing what they love; a fun atmosphere, delicious food, and some good ‘ole southern hospitality. Hard Eight is an authentic eating experience where you will be served “Texas Style” straight from the pit by the Pit Master who prepared your food.



You must RSVP to attend this event by registering via the CadillacVClub.com website.  The room size is restricted to 65 attendees and once the event is full, we cannot accept additional attendees.  If you RSVP and then your plans change, please be sure to cancel your registration.
