2023 Drive to Remember Charity Indoor Auto Show

Registration

  • General Admission is free this year and if you join us for dinner your meal will be complimentary for you and your guests. You will not be displaying your vehicle in the auto show but there will be reserved area outside the building for parking your V-Series vehicle.
  • Open to any V-Series owner who would like to join the cruise to this event. Will not participate in auto show and therefore must park outside the building.

The Cadillac V-Club is once again returning as a key sponsor of this event.   For 2023, the Cadillac V-Club will again be cruising to Longview, Texas to show support of this worthy charity.  This road trip will proceed down Interstate 20 into the piney woods of East Texas with a scheduled arrival time no later than 9:15 AM.  It will require a very early departure from the DFW metroplex but is always a fun, spirited cruise down Interstate 20!

As a sponsor of this event, the Cadillac V-Club is allowed a maximum of 12 vehicles (out of 100 total spaces) inside the building to display during the auto show.  There is no entry fee to participate for Cadillac V-Club members in the auto show or as a general admission "spectator" but RSVP registration is required via CadillacVClub.com.  The first 12 members who RSVP register will be allowed to park inside the building to display their vehicles.  We would like to have a good mix of year/models of Cadillac V-Series vehicles on display.

The mission of the Drive to Remember event and charity is to find a cure for Alzheimer's Disease by contributing to intensive research; to assist in promoting enriched treatment programs for those families already affected, and to increase public awareness of the need for an end to Alzheimer's. You must RSVP register to confirm your participation as an auto show entry or general admission and indicate whether or not you plan to join us for a complimentary early dinner after the event ends at 3:00PM.  General Admission is free this year but you must RSVP register.  If you are a Cadillac V-Series owner who has not yet joined the Cadillac V-Club and would like to cruise with us to this event, you are also required to RSVP register.

Cadillac V-Club members who registered as an auto show entry SHOULD NOT register and submit the $25 payment on the Drive2Remember.org website since the Cadillac V-Club is covering the cost of your entry.

  • Depart Location for DFW Chapter Members: 7:30AM sharp Tanger Outlet Mall, 270 E. I-20 Terrell, Texas (arrive at IHOP by 6:15AM at the latest if you plan to eat breakfast).  There is a gas station close to IHOP so make sure your tank is full before we leave Terrell because the next stop will be Longview.
  • Arrive Longview: 9:00AM
  • Lunch: 12:00OM (Provided by Drive 2 Remember for auto show participants only)
  • Depart Longview for 7 minute cruise to Bodacious B-B-Q: 3:30PM
  • Early Dinner: 4:00PM - Bodacious B-B-Q, 904 North 6th Street, Longview, TX (Compliments of the Cadillac V-Club for all members and their guests)

  • This is approximately a 260 mile round trip. It is for a worthy cause, is a nice change of pace from our regular meet 'n greet or competitive events and you will get to enjoy the beauty of East Texas.
