Registration

  • Family Membership and Operational Leadership Team RSVP Registration - No guest fee for spouse and immediate family members under the age of 21.
  • Single Membership level RSVP Registration - Guest fee $25.00 per person
  • V-Series owners who are interested in joining the V-Club may attend at no cost but must pay $25.00 for each guest at time of RSVP registration.
  • Sponsor members are not required to pay guest fees for their employees who are active members of the Cadillac V-Club.

Pre-Cruise Fueling

We encourage participants to arrive early to fuel up at the nearby gas station before the cruise begins.


Cruise Route

We will start off the cruise with some cool back roads heading our way into Skagit County.

Stop 1:

Snow Goose Produce

Quick stop to enjoy some of Washington's best ice cream.

Stop 2:

Chuckanut Drive

Plan a quick stop for scenic views and photo opportunities.

Stop 3: Endpoint

Location: Four Season Buffet

Address: 1216 S Burlington Blvd, Burlington, WA 98233

Plan for lunch and socializing at the buffet after the cruise.

EVENT DAY LOGISTICS

Safety Briefing: We will conduct a brief meeting at 9:45 AM to go over the route, safety guidelines, and any rules for the cruise.

Lead and Sweep Cars: Designate a lead car to guide the cruise and a sweep car to ensure no one gets left behind.

Communication

Walkie-Talkies: Participants are encouraged to bring walkie-talkies to facilitate communication throughout the route.

Extra Walkie-Talkies: If anyone has extra walkie-talkies, please bring them to share with members who may not have one.

Walkie-Talkie Recommendation: Here is a link on Amazon for some walkie-talkies you don’t need to get these; this is what I have, and there are cheaper options available: Cobra Rugged Waterproof Walkie Talkies.

Proposed Schedule

9:30 AM: Meet and check-in at Tulalip Liquor Store

9:45 AM: Safety briefing

10:00 AM: Depart for the cruise

11:00 AM: Arrive at Snow Goose Produce for ice cream (quick stop)

11:30 AM: Depart Snow Goose Produce and continue the cruise

12:00 PM: Quick stop at Chuckanut Drive for scenic views and photos

12:30 PM: Arrive at Four Season Buffet for lunch and socializing

Guests are welcome to attend for a nominal guest fee due at the time you submit your RSVP registration form. Members with a family membership are not required to pay a guest fee for their immediate family. RSVP registration is required to attend this event. Lunch will be provided compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.
