Houston Aeros and Autos U.S. ½ Mile Event

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! You can still attend this event as a spectator but you will have to pay the $5.00 spectator fee at the entry gate.

If you are a member (or prospective member) of the V-Club and plan to attend the upcoming Houston 1/2 Mile event which is held in conjunction with the Houston Aeros and Auto Show, we need you to confirm your attendance by registering via this website. 

Online Registration for competitors at The Houston 1/2 Mile will open on Sunday, April 12 at 12PM CST. Registration is limited to 175 participants.

In order to register to compete in the event you will need to sign up for a U.S. Mile profile at http://www.usmileracing.com.  For additional details regarding the air and car show visit http://www.fly2houston.com/aerosandautos . If you plan to enter the car show, the cost is $35 and you pay that fee at the event and by doing so, you will be able to park closer to the 1/2 Mile event and on a concrete runway!

Competitor Registration Fee: $395.00 ($295 for V-Club members)
General Admission for 1/2 Mile and Air/Car Show:
Adults: $5 per person (V-Club members free but you must RSVP by registering via the texasvclub.com website to confirm your attendance to have your name added to the "free entry" list.)
Children 3 and under are free
Gates open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m.

Registration includes unlimited runs. You can run as many times as you get in line.
Each Registration gets 1 Crew Member in the gate. Additional Crew members are $5 each and must be purchased through the registration page.
Additional Driver Cost $50.00 (no passangers allowed)

Waiting List Fee $35.00 Preliminary Schedule Tech & Registration- will take place on Friday May 15th. Time to be determined.
One Event Day May 16th - Runs will start at 8AM and go until Dusk.

IMPORTANT CHANGE IN LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

AEROS & AUTOS is at Ellington Airport which is the same entrance for the U.S. 1/2 Mile competitors and for "tech in" on Friday. The entrance to the event will be off of Genoa Redbluff on the North Side of Ellington Airport.

Take Beltway 8 to Genoa Redbluff Rd., Turn to the East and go approximately 1/4 mile to Farely Rd. Turn Right and the Event Entrance will be at the end of the road. Tip: Add Google Map link for 6011 Farley Road, 77034.
