2022 Drive to Remember Charity Indoor Auto Show

Registration

  • This is your RSVP to attend this indoor auto show and display your Cadillac V-Series vehicle. Your dinner will be compliments of the V-Club including immediate family members in attendance. Your $25 auto show entry fee will be covered by the V-Club. Limited to 10 participants max.
  • Your $5 general admission fee is compliments of the V-Club and if you join us for dinner your meal will be complimentary for you and your guests. You will not be displaying your vehicle in the auto show but there will be reserved area for parking your V-Series vehicle.

Drive to Remember is one of the charities that we support and the Cadillac V-Club is once again a sponsor of this event.  We have been supporting this event each year since 2017.  For 2022, the Cadillac V-Club will again be cruising to Longview, Texas to show support of this worthy charity.  This road trip will proceed down Interstate 20 into the piney woods of East Texas with a scheduled arrival time of 9:15 AM.  It will require a very early departure from the DFW metroplex but is always a fun, spirited cruise down Interstate 20!

As a sponsor of this event, the Cadillac V-Club is allowed a maximum of 10 vehicles (out of 100 total spaces) inside the building to display during the auto show.  There is no entry fee to participate for Cadillac V-Club members in the auto show or as a general admission participant but RSVP registration is required via CadillacVClub.com.  

The mission of the Drive to Remember  event and charity is to find a cure for Alzheimer's Disease by contributing to intensive research; to assist in promoting enriched treatment programs for those families already affected, and to increase public awareness of the need for an end to Alzheimer's. You must RSVP register to confirm your participation as a auto show entry or general admission and indicate whether or not you plan to join us for a complimentary early dinner after the event ends at 3:00PM.  Cadillac V-Club members are not required to register on the Drive2Remember.org website as a auto show participant and are not required to purchase general admission tickets as long as you have RSVP'd on CadillacVClub.com to confirm your participation.

  • Depart Location for DFW Chapter Members: 7:00AM sharp Tanger Outlet Mall, Terrell, Texas (arrive at IHOP by 6:15AM at the latest if you plan to eat breakfast).  There is a gas station close to IHOP so make sure your tank is full before we leave Terrell because the next stop will be Longview.
  • Arrive Longview: 9:15AM
  • Lunch: 12:00OM (Provided by Drive 2 Remember for auto show participants only)
  • Depart Longview for cruise to Country Tavern: 3:15PM
  • Early Dinner: 4:00PM - Country Tavern, 1526 Farm to Market Rd 2767, Kilgore, TX (Compliments of the Cadillac V-Club for all members and their guests)

  • This is approximately a 260 mile round trip. It is for a worthy cause, is a nice change of pace from our regular meet 'n greet or competitive events and you will get to enjoy the beauty of East Texas.

     Founded in 1939, the Country Tavern not only has amazing BBQ but their staff is friendly and second to none.  They go above and beyond to make sure every plate is fabulous.  The ribs are amazing and the potato casserole is superb.  You will want to take home a bottle of their BBQ sauce!
