5th Annual Trunk or Treat Presented by ML Racing Legends

RSVP registration is NOT required - This is not an official V-CLUB event, but the V-Club will have representation at this event, so hope you can bring your V and JOIN US!

• Concessions will be on site for anyone who would like to stop for lunch or an quick snack **normal concession costs apply**

Last year we gave out 4,500 bags of candy to kids who came through and we are expecting an even bigger turnout this year! We have expanded our “vehicle path” so that no one will be waiting in theirs cars to enjoy the fun. We need at least 200 trunk hosts to ensure this event is a success. If you were a Trunk Host last year, things will look a bit different (again), cars will be driving around the road course then parking in the ‘bowl’! YES…you are guessing correctly, the treaters get to walk through the paddock to visit each of the trunks. No more drive thru treating, no more long lines!! There are several ways for you to participate this year!

1st : BE A TRUNK HOST!!! We need at least 200 Trunk Hosts for this to be successful! As a trunk host, you will bring candy and can decorate your Trunk or area around your vehicle(s). Some people bring pop-ups, trailers, or just vehicles; whatever you choose just make it fun. Oh and don’t be afraid to dress-up! The kids LOVE to see everyone’s costumes!

^^ THIS IS OUR BIGGEST NEED!!!!

2nd: Bring your club to display along the road course path. In this group we will not be handing out candy. This is a way for everyone to experience the 2.25 mile road course which is hidden behind the drag strip. Many people don’t even know it is on site. We are hoping to have at least 8 clubs with as many cars as they can bring out.

^^ THIS IS OUR 2ND BIGGEST NEED!!!!

3rd: DONATE! We will need at least 2,000 POUNDS of candy for the ML Racing Legends/Pacific Raceways Trunks, which is 400, 5lb. bags of candy!!! You can donate either bags of candy, you can order candy from Amazon and have it shipped to Pacific Raceways, or you can donate financially and we will purchase the candy. We bag up bags of candy and give one to every kid who comes through. We also have extra bags of candy on hand to pass out to Trunk Hosts who run out!

Our goal is to provide candy to every single kid who comes to the track! We do not want any kid to leave empty handed!!!

Trunk Hosts will need to arrive no later than 11:30am on 10/29! This will provide enough time for you to get setup before gates open!
