Registration

  • DRIVERS:
    $195/ea (per day) in advance before April 11th, 2014, or $365 for a 2-Day Pass.
    $225/ea (per day) in advance after April 11th, 2014, or $425 for a 2-Day Pass.
    **To register as a "Driver" for both days simply click on the "2DayPass" Option in the drop down menu.
    All Driver's will be treated to a private catered lunch!

  • All payments accepted at venue
    SPECTATORS:
    $20/ea (per day), or $30 for a 2-Day Pass.
    SPECTATOR PARKING:
    $10/ea (per car, per day) for non-hotel guests. If you are staying at the Horseshoe Bay Resort Hotel then event parking will be free! A shuttle service will take all spectators to the airport from the Summit Rock parking lot. All illegally parked vehicles will be towed!

If you are a V-Club member and plan to attend this event it is important for you to register via the Texas VClub website.  All V-Club members and their guests are invited to dinner at River City Grille on Saturday evening at 7:00PM. Space is limited so be sure to RSVP by replying to the email announcement to confirm you will attend dinner along with the number of guests.

Spectators:

$20/ea (per day), or $30 for a 2-Day Pass.
$10/ea (per day) children 12-under

#10/ea (per car) for non-hotel guests for parking. If you are staying at the hotel, parking is free. A shuttle will take you from/to the airport.  All illegally parked vehicles will be towed.

Event Schedule
  • The event is limited to 125 cars per day, no motorcycles
  • All driver’s will be required to wear helmets for this event.
  • We take cash only at the gate for spectators.
  • Spectators must provide their own tents and chairs for this event.
  • All speeds will be recorded with a dual-lane speed trap system.

  8. NO COOLERS WILL BE PERMITTED PER HORSESHOE BAY RESORT RULES.......THAT MEANS NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD.
