Registration

  • Competing in Dyno Day Shootout - limited to first 15 entries, excluding spectators and guests. Limited to owners of a V-Series vehicle who are active members of the Cadillac V-Club. You must register and submit payment to confirm your RSVP entry to compete in the Dyno Day Shootout. If you are bringing a guest, register your guest separately as a spectator so we have an accurate count for pizza and beverages.
  • Will not be entered in Dyno Day Shootout but will join the event as a member or spectator/guest of the Cadillac V-Club. If have registered as a Dyno Day competitor and plan to bring a guest, you must also register your guest using this RSVP form so we can make sure there is enough pizza for all attendees. No charge to attend as a spectator.

FEE: $25 for 3 dyno pulls (V-Club is subsidizing the cost which is normally $50 for 3 pulls on the dyno)  All fees collected will be donated to a local charity by Frankenstein Engine Dynamics.

Want to know how much horsepower your Cadillac V really puts to the ground?   Our newest V-Club sponsor, Frankenstein Engine Dynamics (FED) is hosting a dyno day challenge event exclusively for members of the Cadillac V-Club.  Due to time constraints, participation is limited to the first 15 dyno day entries.  Each competitor will be allowed 3 pulls on their Mainline ProHub dynometer.  

The ProHub dynamometers connect to the vehicle's axle shaft hubs, via high torque capacity, “Power Absorption Modules” (PAMs), removing wheel and tire related variables from the testing and tuning equation.  This ensures absolute accuracy with the ability to simulate both street and track conditions. ProHub chassis dynamometers also provide the ability to test and tune at equivalent road speeds of up to 310 mph and up to 3,000 whp.


You must RSVP to participate in this event whether you are a "competitor" or "spectator".  All V-Club members are welcome to attend this event.  Attendees will receive a tour of the Frankenstein Engine Dynamics headquarters including their new "Frankenstein Factory" performance shop.


  
Pizza and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for all competitors and spectators.

Cadillac V-Series Dyno Day Competition Classes and Awards


Stock Class: OEM includes aftermarket CAI, exhaust upgrade, tune but no other performance adders or modifications to engine.

Modified Class: includes all "Stock Class" classification specs plus headers, pulley upgrades, injector upgrades, heads, cam, E-85, supercharger/snout, ported throttle body, meth injection, but no other performance adders or modifications to engine.

Pro Modified Class: includes all "Stock and Modified Class" classification specs plus one or more upgrades such as nitrous, race gas, twin turbo, supercharger upgrades and/or forged engines.

Prizes:  All dyno day competitors will receive a gift and custom laser cut steel award plaques will be given in each class to the highest RWHP (rear wheel horsepower) V-Series vehicle.  The vehicle which dyno's the highest overall rear wheel horsepower in each competition class will receive a 1 free year single membership* (renewal) in the Cadillac V-Club valued at $150.00.  Each dyno day competitor will receive a printed copy of their dyno results at the event.

You must RSVP to attend and Dyno Day competitors must pay your $25 entry fee at the time you submit your RSVP registration to confirm your entry.  No refunds unless RSVP cancellation is received 24 hours prior to event date.

* If you have recently renewed your membership, the free renewal will apply to the following year.

Since this is a "cruise" to Weatherford, we will announce 3 different locations in the DFW metroplex to meet up for the cruise prior to the event.  You will be notified via email and can choose the location closest to you. Frankenstein Engine Dynamics is located 27 minutes west on I-20W from I-820W in Fort Worth.
