Austin Chapter 2024 Annual Holiday Celebration Event

Registration

  • Members with a single membership may bring a guest for a nominal fee of $25 per person payable at the time of your RSVP registration. If you are bringing a child under the age of 12, there is no charge and do not add to your guest count.
  • Participation is no charge to all V-Club members who have a Family level membership. There is no charge for your guests who are immediate family members under the age of 21 who reside in the same household.
  • Participation is no charge to all V-Club members who have a Sponsor level membership and are employees. Sponsor employees who are active members may bring guests.
  • Cadillac V-Series owner and prospective member of the Cadillac V-Club. Registration code required and will be provided via special invitation by Covert Cadillac. If you bring a guest, a nominal $25 charge is due at the time of your RSVP registration.

RSVP REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! 

All Cadillac V-Club members are welcome to join us for our annual holiday celebration event on Thursday, December 12 at 5:30 PM CT compliments of the Cadillac V-Club and Covert Cadillac. Bring your Cadillac V-Series vehicle to showcase and connect with fellow car enthusiasts.

Cadillac V-Club members with a Single Membership who bring a guest will be charged a nominal guest fee of $25 per person. Members with a Family Membership and our Sponsors will not be charged a guest fee.

If you RSVP and then your plans change, please be sure to cancel your registration. This will ensure members on our "wait list" will be extended the option to attend this holiday banquet should there be cancellations. 

We will meet and stage our vehicles at COTA in parking Lot E which will be reserved only for Cadillac V-Club members. Covert Cadillac will have a display set up with some all Electric Cadillac LYRIQ's (soon to be the first electric V-Series) and they may also have some Escalade IQ’s on display. 

Once the Parkway opens we will be the first group through and our guests can either drive their car or take one of the LYRIQ or Escalades. Experience 6 million lights, dancing characters, and so much more.

We will drive through the Parkway as a group with a optional side trip for a parade lap around the track and then on to parking area A where we will have a COTA suite reserved for a reception dinner. The suite will be adjacent to the Peppermint Plaza and access to the suite will be restricted to Cadillac V-Club attendees who have RSVP registered.  

If you drive your own car through the Parkway, you may depart the event whenever you choose to do so.  If you opt to Drive one of the cars provided by Covert there will have a shuttle system set up for transportation back to parking lot E.
