  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. No guest fee for immediate family members or employees who are members if you are a sponsor.
  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event as a local chapter Single or Regional member and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. Your meal is complimentary and if you bring guests, you must pay a $17.50 per person guest fee at time of RSVP registration.
  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and will notify the club administrator in the event your plans change. Your participation is at no cost but you are required to pay a $17.50 per person fee for each of your guests at time of RSVP registration.

Join the Cadillac V-Club for our 3Q Quarter Meet 'N Greet event on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 11:00AM at Blue Mesa restaurant in Fort Worth.  RSVP registration will close on Thursday, August 5 so we can confirm and guarantee the number of attendees with the restaurant.

We have previously hosted events at various Blue Mesa restaurants in the DFW metroplex but this will be the first one in Fort Worth.  Blue Mesa is committed to utilizing methods which allow all attendees the opportunity to enjoy a meal at their restaurant safely. 

All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for a meal compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.  If you plan to bring a guest, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration.  Prospective members are also welcome to join us at this event and you may bring a guest for a nominal fee.

A pre-selected menu of items served buffet style will include a non-alcoholic beverage. The meal will be served promptly at 11:15 so be sure to arrive by 11AM.  This is a great opportunity to meet and greet other members of the club while you enjoy some excellent food.

Fajita Lunch includes:
Rainbow & Sweet Potato Chips, Fire Roasted Salsa and Red Salsa
Caesar Salad
Skirt Steak & Grilled Chicken Fajitas with onions and peppers served with cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo and flour tortillas
Smoky Black Beans
Coconut Lime Rice
Sweet Corn Cake
Drinks include fountain sodas, water and iced tea with unlimited refills

 You must RSVP to attend this event by registering via the CadillacVClub.com website.  The room size is restricted to 65 attendees and once the event is full, we cannot accept additional attendees.  If you RSVP and then your plans change, please be sure to cancel your registration.

ABOUT BLUE MESA

Walking through Manhattan Beach, California with their children, Jim and Liz Baron were hungry. All they sought was a restaurant that served delicious, locally sourced food with an artful atmosphere and a moderate price point. But alas – nothing of the sort was in sight.

After a few career shifts, years of traveling across the U.S. and extensive experience in culinary management, the pair acquired a few restaurants down south. Their bold and colorful southwestern approach and flavor profile grew out of their experiences eating at hundreds of Mexican restaurants across the country. They vowed to differentiate themselves with an artisan approach to cooking, making everything from scratch with the freshest ingredients.

In 1988, Jim and Liz took a leap of faith, named the place after a frozen blue margarita, and the rest is history.

Their approach and commitment to their community has not wavered; high standards, great value and a passion for good food. Blue Mesa has locations in Plano, Addison and Fort Worth.
