Cadillac V-Club "All Members" Annual Board Meeting

OFFICIAL NOTICE

All Cadillac V-Club members are invited to attend an upcoming General Meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 10 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time, 7:00 PM Central Time, 8:00 PM Eastern Time. 

The agenda will include evaluating and assessing progress towards achieving our mission, reviewing financials and reviewing goals for 2026.  Each "member" of the Cadillac V-Club will be extended the opportunity to cast a vote electronically to confirm the appointments for each Board Director position and to approve any strategic operational changes.

Currently as established in our By-laws, our Board is restricted to one Chapter Director representative from each of our regions plus the Officers of the corporation and the Management Operational Leadership Team.  In addition, our Board consists of "members at large" who do not hold a defined position within the board of directors and instead, serve as a general board member without specific portfolio responsibilities. These "members at large" have voting rights as members of our Advisory Council.

This meeting will be conducted via a ZOOM video web conference and each member will receive access credentials via email upon RSVP registration.  Please plan to join this meeting via a desktop, laptop or other mobile device that has both audio and video capabilities.
