Huntsville Chapter - Q3 Surf into Summer

Join the HUNTSVILLE Chapter for our Q3 Event

Let's enjoy a family day at the lake. We can surf or tube from my boat, ride the jet skis, kayak, fish, or just float around and relax. We can cookout, or have the event catered by one of the local bbq joints. Please make sure that you RSVP so that we can plan for food. 

We have every size available for personal flotation vests.

All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for a meal compliments of the Cadillac V-Club. Prospective members are also welcome to join us at this event. All guest fees must be paid in advance at the time of your RSVP registration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In exchange for participation in the activities of boating, fishing, swimming, or any other activity that occurs on property owned by, or organized by Robert and Tonya Tucker, and James and Cindy Lancaster, and/or use of the properties, facilities and services of Robert and Tonya Tucker, and James and Cindy Lancaster, you agree for yourself and (if applicable) for the members of your family, to the following:

1. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all warnings and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Robert and Tonya Tucker, or the representatives or agents of Robert and Tonya Tucker.

2. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activities and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Robert and Tonya Tucker and James and Cindy Lancaster for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Robert and Tonya Tucker, and James and Cindy Lancaster, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Robert and Tonya Tucker or other third parties.

3. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and defend Robert and Tonya Tucker, and James and Cindy Lancaster, against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Robert and Tonya Tucker and James and Cindy Lancaster.
